Payments must be made in USD via PayPal. I will not accept other forms of payment at this time unless you are a trusted previous client.
You must fill out my commission form and send it to me for me to accept your commission. You can do this via email or via Discord. I respond much quicker on Discord!
You must pay in full either before I begin working or after the initial sketch is approved.
If you require a payment plan for a commission, I will not provide you the finished product or unwatermarked WIPs until payment is secured in full.
I do not provide any refunds after I have sent the first wip.
Rush fees are permitted! See FAQ for more details.
No commercial use permitted without my written consent. Commercial pieces cost 150% extra.
Under NO circumstances may my art be used for nft’s, AI, or anything similar.
Do not omit my logo on any commissions. You will receive both a watermarked and unwatermarked version of your piece upon completion. I recommend only posting the watermarked version publicly to prevent theft but it is not mandatory.
Do not repost, edit, use, or save anything I have made that you did not directly pay for.
I will send updates at every phase of your piece as I work on it, and I will make changes throughout the process at your request. Therefore, if you request any changes upon receiving the finished product, you may be subject to an extra charge.
You have the right to refuse that I use your commission as a future portfolio example. Please let me know in advance as I refresh my gallery frequently.
I have the right to refuse service for any reason, with or without explanation.
You may commission art of the characters I own, be it by themselves or with your characters, from MYSELF ONLY. Absolutely DO NOT steal my characters or get art or any other product/media made of my characters without my written consent.
Please do not try to make friends with me or flirt with me. This is my primary source of income and I prefer to keep relationships professional.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
QUESTION:What qualifies as an additional fee?
ANSWER:Weapons, props, armor, alternate versions, and complex clothing/designs all may cost an additional $5-50 on top of your piece’s base price.
QUESTION:How much is an additional character in a piece?
ANSWER:Each additional character is 50% of the base price.
QUESTION:What is and how much is a rush fee/charge?
ANSWER:A rush fee is 50% of the base price of your piece which puts it at the top of my queue. I will typically have the piece finished within 24 hours of payment being secured if you pay a rush fee, though there are exceptions for larger projects. These exceptions will be made evident to you should the project be estimated to take longer than 24 hours.
QUESTION:How long does a commission usually take to complete?
ANSWER:It depends largely on the type of commission it is and how my queue is looking, but my pieces can take anywhere from a matter of days to 1-3 months to complete. Let me know if you need the piece done by a specific date, or just ask how long your specific piece might take me and I can provide you with an estimate.
QUESTION:What does a character sheet consist of?
ANSWER:Character sheets (NOT custom design sheets) consist of, at minimum: both a clothed and unclothed fullbody, three expressions, a chibi in (optionally) a different outfit and pose, a color palette, and two-to-three items/close-ups! Character sheets include a very wide array of customization at an extra charge, so just ask!

QUESTION:What do your custom designs entail?
ANSWER:A custom design is made up of two fullbodies (one clothed, one unclothed) and the name of a character you’d like me to design or redesign for you. You can give me as much creative freedom as you want or tell me exactly what you have in mind for your design. You can supply references, images, characters, color palettes, and moodboards for me to work with if you’d like. I can do feral, anthro, monster, alien, and humanoid designs!
QUESTION:Can I have more content added onto my custom design sheet?
ANSWER:Under most circumstances, no. A custom design sheet is only the clothed and unclothed fullbody and the character’s name.
If you would like a custom design with more content, consider a character sheet commission from me instead. I charge an extra 50% of the sheet’s base price as a design fee in this case. You can add as much content onto a character sheet as you would like at an additional cost, whether the character sheet is for a custom design or not. Just include the info you want added in your commission form.
QUESTION:What’s the difference between a Painted piece and an Illustration?
ANSWER:A painted piece is a work in my painterly style that does not have a drawn background. An illustration is a painted piece with a full and interactive drawn background or scene. I do not do drawn backgrounds or scenes in any other style other than in an illustration, so if you would like a piece that is a full scene, please consider an ‘Illustration’ commission.
QUESTION:What is a ‘Miscellany’ commission?
ANSWER:A Miscellany is a miscellaneous commission which does not fit into any of my other categories or styles. A Miscellany may be anything from a comic to a tattoo design to a graphic or logo, or anything else I do not offer on my website that you may want to commission from me. Given its wide range of possibilities, the Miscellaneous category does not have any set prices. Please contact me directly if you are interested in a miscellany and I can give you a quote!
QUESTION:Do you do art trades?
ANSWER:If we have traded before I may consider it. Otherwise I am rather preoccupied and may not have the time. Don’t be afraid to reach out and ask anyway, but please don’t be offended if I say no!
